The project was conceived as a mixed-use district that sought to reestablish residential life, integrating housing, retail, offices and hospitality into a cohesive plan.

Rather than following a single-use model, the project was designed around everyday life, where homes, workspaces, restaurants and gathering areas coexist. Streets and public spaces were designed to encourage walkability, flexibility and a sense of neighborhood connection.

We accompanied the developer group from the pre-development stage, defining the project's strategic vision before construction began. Through strategic consulting, we defined the type of development that should be built on the site, reducing risk before investing in the design and construction phase.
