José Villarreal

Founder & CEO

Civil Engineer graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana, he has a diploma in Real Estate Development from MIT. He has developed in the areas of project structuring, financial analysis and business development. He currently heads the New Business unit at Orange Investments.
Juan Pablo Ascencio

Business Development Manager

He has more than 5 years of experience in the real estate industry and currently leads the Finance department of the Orange Investments Intelligence Unit. During this period, he has worked in the financial area participating in +100 different projects throughout Mexico and internationally. He has served groups such as Grupo GP, Alfa, UVM, and Cydsa.
Alejandro González

Finance Director Intelligence Unit

Architect graduated from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey. She has experience in the management and operation of more than 100 business plans in Mexico and Latin America. She currently leads the Intelligence operational department, with the aim of helping clients make better decisions.

He has worked as a litigation attorney, notary public attorney, with a focus on legal and tax processes in real estate developments..
Israel Cobas

Legal Coordinator

Architect graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL), with more than 25 years of experience in real estate project development. He has a Master's Degree in Sustainable Design from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and an MBA with a specialty in Project Management from the San Antonio de Murcia Catholic University. He has participated in the planning and management of Office, Housing, Commercial and Industrial Projects and Master Plan in the Mexican Republic.
Oscar Villarreal

Business Unit Manager

Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Panamericana, he was Legal Director of the Real Estate Department of the Punta Mita Development in the State of Nayarit. His experience includes ordering Master Plans, corporate structuring of real estate portfolios and properties for development. Currently, he is the leader of the legal practice of Orange Investments, working together with Family Groups in the structure and decision-making of real estate assets.

With more than 8 years of experience in the real estate area, managing and administering real estate portfolios in different parts of the country, to determine the best and most profitable use of land, maximizing potential, developing business, financial and architectural plans for various groups.

With more than 10 years of experience in the real estate development sector, he has specialized in the direction and execution of residential and industrial projects and master plans.
Likewise, he has had the experience of structuring an institutional real estate investment fund of $2.5 MMDP issued on the Mexican Stock Exchange.
Graduated as a Civil Engineer from Tecnológico de Monterrey, he has a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Finance from Harvard University.
Maximiliano Lans

Business Partner

Has more than 8 years of experience in the real estate sector, where he has managed the comprehensive development of real estate projects for values ​​of more than $500 million pesos. With previous experience as a consultant, he has conceptualized the business model of more than 60 projects in Mexico, Costa Rica, the US and Colombia.
Has worked hand in hand with institutional groups such as Artha Capital, Gaia Capital, Vertex Real Estate Investors, Grupo DMI and MIRA companies.
Graduated as an Industrial Engineer from Purdue University in Indiana, USA.

Business Partner

Industrial Engineer graduated from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with more than 28 years of experience in investments, development, and rentals in the real estate industry in Mexico, Latin America and the United States. He has experience creating new investment companies in real estate. Experience in organizations such as JP Morgan, Ford, Metlife Real Estate, Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets.

Previously, he created the consulting area in TINSA, an international company with offices in Europe and Latin America; in which he held the position of director of the Consulting area for Latin America, and led a multidisciplinary team in Mexico, Peru and Colombia.
